If due to seller's fault, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the seller should bear all shipping fee. Order Cancellation : If you need to cancel order, please immediately send emails with your order number to service@nastnova.com or helennastnova@gmail.com. The customer service will check if the order has been shipped out, once the package was shipped out, the order can't be cancelled. If the package is refused by customer and returned to us, customer should bear all the shipping fee caused!
Damages and issues : Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide us pictures/videos of the shipping label on the outer box, the damage parts and the whole body of the doll. Thanks for your support!
Refunds : We will arrange to refund within 1 day once the refund is approved! You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
