Return & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the products, and for the safety of our customers and staff, we cannot accept returns for non-defective items. Please ensure that the product you have selected is the color, size and material you want, unfortunately, once the item is shipped we are unable to offer exchanges/returns for any products. If due to seller's fault, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the seller should bear all shipping fee. If due to buyer's fault, the shipping address is not correct and the package is returned to us, buyer should bear all shipping fee.
If you need to cancel order, please immediately send emails with your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com. The customer service will check if the order has been shipped out, once the package was shipped out, the order can't be cancelled.
Note: normally we ship out the package in the morning, and update the tracking number later in the evening, so please try to contact us as soon as possible to make sure your order won't be shipped out. If the package is refused by customer and returned to us, customer should bear all the shipping fee caused!
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide us pictures/videos of the shipping label on the outer box, the damage parts and the whole body of the doll. Thanks for your support!
We will arrange to refund within 1 day once the refund is approved! You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
