Please ensure that the product you have selected is the color, size and material you want, unfortunately, once the item is shipped we are unable to offer exchanges/returns for any products. If due to seller's fault, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the seller should bear all shipping fee. If due to buyer's fault, the shipping address is not correct and the package is returned to us, buyer should bear all shipping fee.
Order Cancellation : If you need to cancel order, please immediately send emails with your order number to service@nastnova.com or helennastnova@gmail.com. Damages and issues : Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide us pictures/videos of the shipping label on the outer box, the damage parts and the whole body of the doll. Thanks for your support!
