Care & Maintenance
1. Water-based lubricant is the most recommended and safest lubricant to use;
2. Watch out for sharp things like jacket zips, long fingernails, jewellery etc. as they can damage TPE;
3. Avoid stretching the joints too far/long periods as this can cause tearing;
4. Avoid tight clothing for extended periods as it can cause creases;
5. Avoid direct sunlight on the skin for long periods as it may cause fading;
6. Use light and neutral colored clothes to avoid staining the doll, so always wash your new clothes to check before wear.

If due to seller's fault, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the seller should bear all shipping fee. If due to buyer's fault, the shipping address is not correct and the package is returned to us, buyer should bear all shipping fee.
Order Cancellation : If you need to cancel order, please immediately send emails with your order number to service@nastnova.com or helennastnova@gmail.com. The customer service will check if the order has been shipped out, once the package was shipped out, the order can't be cancelled. Note: normally we ship out the package in the morning, and update the tracking number later in the evening, so please try to contact us as soon as possible to make sure your order won't be shipped out. If the package is refused by customer and returned to us, customer should bear all the shipping fee caused!
Damages and issues : Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide us pictures/videos of the shipping label on the outer box, the damage parts and the whole body of the doll. Thanks for your support!
Refunds : We will arrange to refund within 1 day once the refund is approved! You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
